Water Management Strategy (WMS)

Our Water Management Strategy service defines and optimises how water is used, reused and disposed of by the building.

The primary objective is to reduce consumption of municipal water, but secondary important objectives include minimizing quantity of waste outflow and improving the quality of such rejected water due to potential downstream impacts.

By integrating services usually considered in isolation, many opportunities for cost efficiency can be found in addition to improved performance.

Various considerations include rain water harvesting, on-site grey water treatment and reuse, efficient fittings, landscape use, and stormwater management.
